Wholesale: Are you eligible for a Fibre Upgrade?
Have you made the switch to fibre yet?
New functionality in our Carbon portal is now available for an easy shortcut to fast, efficient fibre.
Carbon enables you view a list of all your eligible Fibre Connect eligible sites among your current base services and tap into a handy speed boost.
Start the process now with our step-by-step guide below:
On the dashboard, click on the View Active Services button.
On the Services page, select NBN to list all services under that product type.
On the Filter by option, under status, click on the drop-down menu to select Fibre Upgrade Available.
Click on the Apply button for filter function to be added. This will filter and display all services eligible for a fibre upgrade in your services list.
You can click on the Export button which will generate an excel csv file listing all services eligible for a fibre upgrade.Fibre means better Business Bundles

Taking advantage of business grade technicians ensures you’ve got access to someone who understands businesses needs and can do after-hours appointments with shorter completion times.
You’ll also have NBN monitoring for seven days after your connection to ensure your service is fully functional and manage any faults during that period.
