Faster nbn® Fibre upgrades incoming for Wholesale

Faster NBN fibre upgrade ordering is coming soon to the Carbon portal for Wholesale partners.

You will be able to take advantage of a new provisioning process to upgrade eligible NBN FTTN and FTTC connections.

Additionally, more premises will also be eligible for fibre upgrades*.

For residential plans, FTTC connections on 100/20 Mbps plans and above are now eligible, down from the 250/25 Mbps plan and in-line with FTTN eligibility. Similarly for business plans, the eligibility has dropped to 100/40Mbps plans, down from 250/100Mbps plans.
