How do I change my internet or mobile plan?

Changing plans in MyAussie®
MyAussie® makes it easy to increase or decrease your speeds and/or data for your internet or mobile plan.
How, you ask? We’ll show you!
Open the MyAussie® app or web portal. Log in, then go to the Home section.
You may need to select the service you wish to change before you can view this page.Find Current Plan and click or tap on the arrow ( > ) next to the plan you would like to change.
At this step, you will need to complete Two-Factor Authentication. You will be prompted to receive and confirm a code back to our system to confirm your identity.
On the following page, all of your available options for that service will be displayed. Select the speed and/or data you want to change to. Your choice will be highlighted in green once selected.
If you have a promo code for an upsell offer, you can enter it into the Promo Code section.
Note: Plan Change/Upsell promotions can only be applied when changing from a selected plan to an eligible higher plan using a valid code. Code must be accepted at time of applying promo code. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 880 905 if you are having issues with applying a promo code.Once you’re satisfied with your choices, scroll down and double check your new plan details.
If it looks good, scroll past Plan Details to find two options at the bottom.
Immediate plan change will allow you to enact the changes immediately when set to YES.
Schedule on... will set the change to occur at the start of your next billing cycle when set to YES.
Once you’re satisfied with your choices, click Continue.
Leave the rest to us!
Please note: Plan changes done through MyAussie take effect at the next billing cycle, unless you opt for an immediate plan change.
Mid-cycle plan changes
If you need a mid-cycle plan change, and you’re unable to log into your My Aussie account, then please call our Customer Service Team on 1300 880 905.
