How to read your bill

How our billing cycle works 

  • Your first invoice is sent on the day your service activates. This invoice covers the month ahead. 

  • Your invoice will be sent on the same day of each month. For example, you may receive your invoice on the 12 Jan, 12 Feb, 12 Mar, etc.  

  • The due date for your invoice is 10 business days after the invoice is sent.  

  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays, so the due date may change month-to-month. The exact due date is on your invoice.

If you need to access your invoice again, you can view it in the MyAussie app or online portal.
