How our billing cycle works
Your first invoice is sent on the day your service activates. This invoice covers the month ahead.
Your invoice will be sent on the same day of each month. For example, you may receive your invoice on the 12 Jan, 12 Feb, 12 Mar, etc.
The due date for your invoice is 10 business days after the invoice is sent.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays, so the due date may change month-to-month. The exact due date is on your invoice.
