Paying a bill in MyAussie®

Paying a bill (invoice) using the MyAussie® app or website is easy.

  1. Once you're logged in, select the service you wish to change, then select the Billing tab.

  2. Next, tap or click the Make a payment button in the 'Payment Method' panel to proceed.

  3. On the following page, type your desired amount in the 'Payment Amount' field, and select Continue.

  4. Select an existing card to pay with, or enter a new one. Check that the payment amount and method are correct, and select Confirm and pay *amount* to complete payment.

If you're having trouble using MyAussie®, or if you'd simply rather speak to us over the phone, we recommend calling our Customer Service team on 1300 880 905 as soon as possible to organise an extension to avoid late fees and service restriction.
