Do I need someone at home during my installation appointment?

Yes – if you have an appointment to get the internet installed or fixed, someone over the age of 18 needs to be there for the whole appointment.

If you’re unable to attend yourself, you may have someone you trust be there for you instead – such as a friend or family member. Make sure they have access to the whole house, just in case the technician may need to access a specific room where cables might be inside.

Alternatively, you can reschedule your appointment by contacting the number on your appointment reminder emails or text messages.

Note: FTTN appointments scheduled from 7am until 2pm do not require a person to be at home.
