nbn® Plans
If your internet is fully installed, your connection should start within 5 days of placing your order. Sometimes, this takes as little as 15 minutes!
Otherwise, if you require installation, the average wait time for an appointment is 1 to 4 weeks. This estimate is subject to the availability of nbn® contractors in your local area – we will confirm your booking date and time via email shortly after placing your order.
Please note – delays can happen if there is no power connected to your nbn® devices. Please check your ‘Step 2 – Welcome’ email for instructions on how to connect.
OptiComm Plans
If your internet is fully installed, your connection should start within 48 hours of placing your order.
Otherwise, if you require installation, the average wait time for an appointment is 1 to 2 weeks. This estimate is subject to the availability of OptiComm contractors in your local area – we will confirm your booking date and time via email shortly after placing your order.
