  5. On the next pages you will be prompted to enter your email account details.
Fill this section out as follows:

    • Name: your name or your business name – this will show to recipients when you send emails from this device.

    • Email: type in your Aussie Broadband email address here.

    • Description: this field is for you to leave a note next to the email account in your phone’s settings, so you can remember what it’s for. Enter whatever you like here!

    • Host Name: enter mail.aussiebroadband.com.au in the field for Incoming Mail Server as well as the field for Outgoing Mail Server.

    • Username: this should be the exact same as your email address.

    • Password: enter the password you created for your Aussie Broadband email address.

The top panel has "Name", "Email" and "Description" as the field labels. In each field, there is "Aussie Broadband", "user@aussiebb.com.au" and "My AussieBB Email" filled in each field respectively. The second panel is labelled "Incoming Mail Server" and has its fields titled "Host Name", "Username" and "Password" from top to bottom. "mail.aussiebroadband.com.au" and "user@aussiebb.com.au" are filled out respectively in their field, while the bottom "Password" field is blank. The final bottom panel is labelled "Outgoing Mail Server", and the fields are filled out identically to the above "Incoming Mail Server" panel.

  6. Tap Save. If you get a prompt asking if you want to set up this account without SSL, accept this by tapping Yes on this prompt.

  7. On the next page, tap Save to finish setting up your email account!

And… Voila! The account should now be ready for use – Head to the Mail App on your iOS device to start sending and receiving emails!
