Outage Communications Preferences

  1. Click on the Profile section in MyAussie®.

  2. You’ll see your Outage Communications Preferences and your current settings. Update them to your liking by toggling the options on or off.

  3. At this step, you will need to complete Two-Factor Authentication. You will be prompted to receive and confirm a code back to our system to confirm your identity.

It’s as easy as that!
