What is included in my broadband plan?

All Aussie Broadband internet services come with the following inclusions as standard. For more information, we recommend reading the Critical Information Summary for the plan or service you’ve signed up to.

Residential Accounts

• No excess usage charges – speed is slowed down when your data is used up.

• Up to 5 email addresses (optional, upon request).
  You may choose a @aussiebroadband.com.au address, or a @aussiebb.com.au one.

Business Accounts

All of the same inclusions for Residential Accounts, plus:

• 1 static IP address is included for free in all Business broadband plans.
  You may also use this to set up a reverse DNS address.

• Business accounts are assigned to a dedicated Account Manager and given direct access to our Business Support team bypassing the usual call centres and waiting.

• Priority ticket handling from our support teams is available for services under a Business Account.
