Aussie Broadband offers a number of ways of which we can update customers about outages on their services.

We publish all outages and updates via the outages page on our website, as well as on our Facebook page.

We also send out text messages to affected customers to let me know when an outage is on and then follow this up with another message when it’s fixed.

Customers are able to customise the notifications they receive via text message in the MyAussie® app or website.
