What is data pooling?

Data pooling allows all 5G and 4G services on the same account to combine their data and create a pool of data that all services can draw from.

How does data pooling work?

Say an account holder has a phone service with 40GB data and two kids each with a phone service of 15GB. Instead of managing each service’s usage, all three data allowances are combined to create a data pool of 70GB that each user can draw from.

How do I activate data pooling?

Data pooling is automatically activated for accounts with multiple 5G or 4G mobile services. It can’t be turned on or off.
