How long will it take to port my phone number?

Most phone numbers will take between 4 to 6 business days to complete the porting process. It is recommended that you do not cancel your existing service until your new service is up and running. Cancelling your existing service too soon may cause your phone porting to fail.

Sometimes phone ports can take longer or encounter difficulties. Our team will do their best to keep you updated on your phone porting process and advise you on any further actions that are required.
