Aussie Broadband wins CHOICE’s Best NBN Provider Award for the second year running!

Aussie Broadband (ASX: ABB) has today been announced as CHOICE’s Best NBN Provider in Australia for 2022, making it the second year in a row that Aussie Broadband has won the award.
CHOICE has only had enough data to include Aussie Broadband in their NBN Provider scores since 2021, so the win means that Aussie Broadband has been Australia’s best NBN provider ever since it was eligible.
Similar to Aussie Broadband’s four wins in the 2022 Mozo People’s Choice Awards, CHOICE found Aussie Broadband’s customer service was “significantly above the competition” with a rating of 88%, 8% higher than the next competitor and more than 10% above Telstra, iiNet, Optus and TPG.
Aussie Broadband customers also enjoyed exemplary speeds, with CHOICE rating Aussie Broadband’s overall NBN speed at 91%, ahead of some of our major competitors.

The award is the latest win for Aussie Broadband’s excellence, with the company recognised for its customer service at the Australian Service Excellence Awards, the ACOMM Award for Commitment to Customer Service, Canstar Blue’s Innovation Award, and Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied NBN Customer awards two years running.
