Important information about data usage on a mobile plan

• The information in the data usage notification may be up to 48 hours old

• The usage notification does not include calls or SMSs, both national and to overseas, or data usage outside of Australia

• Once you have used 100% of your data allowance, your mobile data speeds will slow to 1.5 Megabits per second (Mbps). Speeds will return to normal once data is renewed or additional data is purchased. You can purchase additional data in MyAussie® or call our Support team on 1300 880 905
